The Drawing Office is a first-floor apartment, with a step at the front entrance from the cobbled street outside then 18 stairs to the apartment.   One double bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower room with basin and WC and underfloor heating. WC / cloakroom, Kitchen / Sitting room with dining area and triple aspect views. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included, free of charge. Free 24-hour parking right outside. Outdoor area with garden furniture.

The railway station is ten minutes walk away, ideal for travelling to the property or for guests to embark on an unforgettable day excursion. Trains to the nearby cities of Edinburgh and Newcastle run frequently. 45 minutes by train from Edinburgh and Newcastle.

Outside, there is a wonderful enclosed seating area, ideal for indulging in an alfresco breakfast during the warmer months. There is ample free 24 hour parking in the adjacent car park right outside the property. Located in a quiet spot, a very short walk from the town centre, you will never be too far from a good range of popular cafes and restaurants, art galleries, live music, characterful pubs and a varied range of independent shops.

The beach is a pleasant five-minute walk away. Cafes and boat trips on your doorstep!

There are plenty of activities for you to enjoy including horseback tours, hiking, cycling and exploring historical attractions like the Elizabethan Walls, Paxton House, Holy Island.

This is a spectacular apartment for two guests wishing to spend some time in Berwick Upon Tweed.

Lovely and clean, well set out with everything we needed. It's in a great location close to lovely walks and great places to eat. There are some very nice independent shops in Berwick too.

We loved our stay in Berwick upon Tweed, and this was perfect accommodation in a perfect location, right by the Quay. The apartment is very well designed and well-equipped, and we found it very peaceful in the evenings.  We would happily stay here again! It was an excellent place to explore the surrounding area from.
